Happy Valentine's Day!

Whether you are spending it by yourself or with a significant other, make today about loving yourself and those around you. I am no means single to this day, however my boyfriend is currently in Basic Training in SC, therefore I can't really spend this day with him. I can't wait for the moment I jumped into his arms and finally feel like I can breathe again. However to be capable of loving others, one must love themselves.

As Lucille Ball famous quote says, "Love yourself first and everything else will fall into place".  So today, instead of feeling sad or depress that my boyfriend is unable to spend the day with me, I am going to spend this day with a grateful heart that is filled with love to give and many individuals who love me.
